Targeted goals during first survey period (CP1 synthesis) :

1 Quality monitoring 100%
but there were misunderstandings about it,
and we did correct troubles during R2

2 Local dissemination on line 100 %
but two teams do not use their school website and did create a dedicated platform
3 Conflicts prevention 100%
4 Local follow up 80¨%
One of the partner did not have any contact with the financial manager, but all the headmasters are involved in the project and they met the drivers for their school to perform in the partnership
5 Local physical dissemination 100 %
Every high school did create a NBE+ corner
6 Internal Communication 80%
Students and teachers have been informed  by all the project holders involved in this partnership, but one High School must still talk about with parents
7 Local medias strategy
Dissemination did use all the ways from TV to paper forms. Only one High School did not indicate  a communication by the press.
8 Exchange inside the partnership
According to the participants, the most useful media would be.... this website ! Is is  strange but What's App and Facebook were not seen by everybody as appropriated "Tools" . One High School does use  indistinctly all the medias, another one did insist on the mediatization by social networks
9  Formation by National Agency  80%
Only one National Agency did not invite the local team to a seminar  and made no training
10 Self formation  60%
Most of the project holders did succeed to find by themselves trainnings to do the project and enhance their professional skills
