Le premier atelier fut précédé d'une courte visite du Lycée et de la rencontre des personnels dirigeants et administratifs présents, ainsi que de quelque professeurs. The first workshop was preceded by a short visit of the Lycée and the meeting of the administrative and administrative staff present, as well as some professors. QUALITY
CONTROL
Des questionnaires ont été remis aux porteurs de projet et complétés, portant sur leur évaluation de la dernière mobilité (C3) et de sa médiatisation. Leurs résultats sont repris dans le compte-rendu en ligne du point de contrôle cadencé (check point) numéro 5. Questionnaires were sent to the project holders in order them to complete the forms, concerning their evaluation of the last mobility (C3) and its media coverage (in our private NBE+ and public NOAH websites). Their results are edited in the online record of the 5th check point.
 Les participants disposaient d'un accès personnalisé au réseau informatique du Lycée et ont pu bénéficier de quelques minutes pour consulter leur messagerie.

AUDIT TABLES monitoring and second year deadlines checking: W1.2 Discussion about the already carried out activities and the future plans. Main goal: filling the audit tables by all the project holders. Il s'agissait (dans le prolongement du renforcement de la démarche Qualité acté par le séminaire R2) de contrôler a posteriori la réalisation des activités prévues tout au long des deux premières années scolaires, d'après notre candidature commune : quelles tâches ont été implantées dans chaque école, quand et avec quel profit ? Ceci pour compléter l'information du Coordinateur International à propos des activités n'ayant pas fait l'objet d'un partage en ligne complet, et préparer l'évaluation des impacts du projet, comme la rédaction du rapport final. La procédure concernait théoriquement l'année scolaire en cours depuis le Check Point 4 ( janvier) mais l'atelier s'est aussi penché sur les périodes antérieures pour vérifier la validité et l'exhaustivité des informations déjà transmises et la bonne compréhension de l'utlisation prescrite des formulaires mis à disposition lors de la précédente réunion transnationale.. The audit tables given to project holders by the International Coordinator had to be completed for the last survey period (from January). Workshops participants do check also all the informations about the activities implemented at home during the 1st pedagogic round (years 1 and 2).  Ce premier atelier nous a permis par ailleurs de vérifier les objectifs de la seconde période pédagogique (la troisième et dernière année du partenariat) et d'établir la nature et la chronologie des objectifs opérationnels, dont tous n'étaient pas précisés dans le diagramme de Gantt originel, en rapport avec les étapes de la fabrication du film "L'Arche". This Workshops was also dedicated to planning of activities in the following second pedagogic round in order to list the tasks and to determine deadlines for (since it was not done in the Gantt chart, concerning the movie making wich is our main intellectual output). STUDY TRAVEL TO DOBRICH

made in Dobrich was projected.

first scene contest
and the film's beginning choosen by our students The plan is to use the Romanian draft as a "flash back " scene (it may be put in the film just after the movie introducing scene, inspired by the French FR1 text). But Romanian team eventually believes it would be too much complicated to add in THE ARK's scenario the draft wich was made by the Colegiul Economic 'Iulian Pop". All the project holders want to stay focused on an unique narrative to build together. Unlike the C3 Exchange results, they do consider now, that it will be more simple to give the pupils some instructions for some works remaining to do, starting from the french proposal for the first scene .  Teachers will ask to the students to imagine some contents to complete the scene, new leads for the casting and tournage organizations ; they will have too to add a following scene (not necessary the end of the narrative). MOVIE MAKING INSTRUCTIONS brain storming about the process to implement in order to make the students finish the writing job: W2.4 The schedule time table and process were well etablished: Back to School in september: The same instructions will be given to all the participants (targeted groups of pupils) in order to obtain them to produce something before the end of October. R4 Planning Meeting: Project holders will check the first pupils drafts to choose the best ones and give new instructions. Definitive drafts will be presented in C4 to fix the scenario and organize the movie making in France. C4 Study Travel: The tournage will be prepared by teachers and pupils in Alcochete short-term exchange. We'll ask to our movie maker expert to come with us to Portugal to cast some of the students and have a look on the preliminary phases. Twinspace: Drafts will have to be posted in the FORUM NATURE+CULTURE Twinspace, used as a co-working space online. Les professeurs ont décidé, sur proposition de l'équipe roumaine, de retirer du projet de scénario pour leur film commun (L'ARCHE) la scène proposée par le Lycée de Cluj-Napoca dans le cadre du concours d'écriture de la meilleure première scène, texte dont on avait estimé lors de l'échange C3 qu'il aurait pu constituer la trame d'une scène de "flash back" insérée, dans le film, en seconde position, après la première scène tirée du dialogue français validé par les élèves participants. On demandera aux élèves de travailler à partir de cette unique ébauche mais de la compléter par une suite (cette seconde scène n'est pas censée clore automatiquement la narration). Les consignes précises sont à mettre en forme après que le Coordinateur International aura fait la synthèse des propositions émises ce jour. D'ici fin juillet, les porteurs de projet recevront les consignes à passer aux élèves à la rentrée, et pourront les amender à condition d'aviser les collègues et d'obtenir un consensus avant la fin du mi mois d'août. Le processus d'écriture du film et les tâches annexes (relatives au casting ou à des aspects techniques du tournage) devront faire l'objet de remontées avant la fin octobre (réunion R4) lesquelles seront mises en ligne sur eTwinning. Les professeurs feront le tri des meilleurs propositions à Cluj-Napoca puis le travail préparatoire se poursuivra, à distance puis en présentiel dans le cadre du voyage d'étude au Portugal C4. A l'issue de cette mobilité le scénario du film devra être complétement écrit et le projet être "prêt à tourner" en mars (c'est en effet l'objet de l'échange C5, en France). |

PLANNING
OF Next date is fixed, in October, 2019.  The schedule time table for the other mobilities may be: C4 "Lusitania Dream" in Alcochete from the 5th to the 9th of november (if works are beginning on Tuesday and finishing on Saturday: it must be checked and depending of planes and railways) C5 "The Ark of Donibane" in France from the 24th to the 28th of march (we must see if we have no elections during this week and if our movie maker is free before to valid) R5 Dissemination Meeting in Alcochete from the 12th to the 14th of may (reminder: 2 travel days are added in Mobility Tool and funded by EU both for transnational meeting and short-term exchanges)  ^^click

COORDINATION RESPONSABILITIES DISPATCHING: W3.6  In order to help the international coordination supervisor, every school is supposed to take part in, checking the quality of products made by all the partners and writing reports or alert notes (published in the E+A blog). Une mission de coordination transnationale incombait à l'origine à chacun des membres du projet. Il s'agissait d'aider le Coordinateur International à assurer le suivi des productions et de leur qualité en confiant à une école le soin de faire la liste des tâches implantées par l'ensemble des partenaires dans un domaine particulier, pour vérifier leur conformité aux objectifs et au calendrier et assurer la publicité des résultats. Le système a du être refondu compte tenu de la disparition du partenaire allemand et une nouvelle répartition a été mise en place, que le séminaire R3 a officialisé définitivement. Transnational coordinators dedicated to a special type of tasks are: BULGARIA / Biology-Agriculture-Food FRANCE / Ethics-Law-Philosophy PORTUGAL / History and Geography ROMANIA / Literature reminder: it is not up to Romania only to work on Literature, or to Bulgaria to be focused on Food. But these teams must collect the informations about all sort of activities carried out by the schools four on the topic they are in charge of... PREPARATION OF C5 FINAL SHORT-TERM EXCHANGE: W3.7 |
