Second séminaire de Suivi et Contrôle Qualité

WORKSHOP 1

Online resources were made by the IC to help the project holders.
Some explanations were given by the project manager about the MONITORING Homepage and the TASKS IMPLEMENTATION Timetable (with a "serial number" dedicated to each of activities and themes, useful to report outcomes).

Four main tasks were implemented in 2017-2018 and reporting about these points is necessary:
o1 to study Noah’s ark myth and the relations Animal-Human in the History
o2 to study Darwinism
o3 to do field trips in order to discover local animals
o4 to do movies to report local activities and produce a first transnational movies (intellectual output)

GOALS	to study animals on the water front and meet people who want to preserve nature to study salmons and meet scientists working on this fish to study animals in local Christian cultural heritage
ACTIVITIES	A walk to the sea shore: catching specimens, talking with CPIE A bus Journey to St-Pée (on the Nivelle River) and to Bayonne: reporting about INRA activities and animals in the Cathedral
WHEN	Walk the 24^th of November, 2017, journey the 20^th of March
IMPACTS	Knowledge of coastal animals, salmons and biodiversity, mythic and real animals in the Middle Age civilization
OUTPUTS	Movies were done and given to the Geography and History teacher, some were published online
DISSEMINATION	All the videos are in the Twinspace, some of the best ones are edited with comments on the local NBE+ website. Activities are presented in our NOAH spot (reports section) and the local newspaper (Sud Ouest) has made an article about INRA visit.
COMMENTS	We planned to do two field trips in each school during the first year. It was done in French case.

Il s'agissait de contrôler a posteriori la réalisation des activités prévues tout au long de la première année scolaire d'après notre candidature commune : quelles tâches ont été implantées dans chaque école, quand et avec quel profit ? Pour compléter l'information à propos des tâches n'ayant pas fait l'objet d'un partage en ligne et préparer l'évaluation de impacts du projet. La procédure devra être complétée pour l'année scolaire en cours d'ici au Check Point 4 (de septembre à janvier afin de permettre au Coordinateur International de faire une synthèse envue de la rédaction de son rapport intermédiaire...

The audit tables given to project holders by the International Coordinator had to be completed before theR2 meeting. Participants do check its in Dobrich, in order to be able to give all informations about 1st year and 2nd year's beginnings to the Project Manager in January.

Ce premier atelier visait à améliorer la qualité de notre Suivi commun, donc de garantir la bonne qualité du partenariat.

TEST: Dissemination Quality evaluation

DISS - Relation indicators that identify or evaluate:
DISS1 the frequency of information messages sent to parents
DISS 2 the quality of relations with municipal councils, other public authorities
DISS 3 the importance of activities related to local economic and cultural life
DISS 4 the frequency of articles on the establishment in the local press
DISS 5 the institution's participation in radio or TV programs
DISS 6 the number of visitors to the Erasmus + stand during the "open days" and the success of the festive events of the partnership
DISS7 the intensity of relationships established with local association

The aim was to fix the Indicators made by the IC. A test was implemented
(with dissemination evaluation as a sample).

Les participants se sont vus proposer de prendre connaisance d'indicateurs de qualité proposés par le Chef de Projet. P-L Vanderplancke a repris en l'occurence, pour l'essentiel, des critères définis et retenus par lui-même et R. Zetea lors d'un précédent partenariat stratégique. Afin de vérifier concrétement comment ces indicateurs peuvent servir à évaluer les effets positifs de la mise en oeuvre des activités du partenariat, il a proposé lors du séminaire de jauger la médiatisation d'E+A (Noah) par les différents partenaires, ce qui a notamment permis de populariser l'usage des deux grilles interprétatives mises à disposition.
